First chart gbpusd testing this morning resistance area short-term.
Around 1.5650 (-20,+20) good area to add shorts with TS, but stay alert a close daily above 1.5685 expect continuation up trend target 1.58 possible estension ema100 weekly chart sitting 1.5950 .

GBPUSD - Daily Market Thought 02012010

GBPUSD close last session of the year with a strong rally. Low volume produce nice squeeze and a important test 1.5650 reference area short-term above 1.5550. Trendline from 1.6250 remain intact. Daily support area sitting 1.5518 below 1.5427 and 1.5370. Resistance above 1.5550 area range [1.5611, 1.5676] this range represent fibo and ema`s .

RSI indicador back to neutral area but last signal bear follow for now bearish view and stochastic oversold conditions.

GBPUSD 1 hour chart support [1.5485, 1.5515]. Two consecutive Closes hourly below lower band of this range follow support area daily chart.

EURUSD Daily Market Thought and Key levels next sessions

EURUSD close last session above ema200 daily chart 1.3348.
Let time that produce that signal 13/12/2010 and 3/12/2010 both produce pullback below 1.3150 .
Monday session first support sitting 1.3348.
Bulls need to close another session above ema200 to attract buyers, if not this is one more false breakout and pullback will appears soon.
First Key resistance area EURUSD begin 1.3348 and end 1.3482. Close daily above 1.3482 expect continuation pullback target 1.3620 possible extension to 1.3780.
EURUSD 1 hour chart key support levels 1.3348, [1.3290,1.3310] below 1.3254 and 1.3215.
